Festival of Russian gastronomy will take place from 19th to 21st of January, 2018 at the national stand of Russian Federation during “Green Week Berlin-2018” exhibition
The Festival that successfully started in 2017 in Moscow aims to raise awareness and popularize Russian products, revive culinary traditions, introduce new trends in Russian gastronomy and promote Russian food products on foreign markets.
Berlin picks up the torch. The Gastronomic show will be held in the format of open presentations and master classes from famous Russian chefs with Russian products.
Sergey Eroshenko – the founder and chef of the restaurant “Chesnaya Kuhnya”, which in 2016 was included in the rating of the 100 Best Restaurants in the world according to the British magazine “The World's Best Restaurants, Andrey Matyukha – owner and chef of the restaurants “The Pech” and “Ugli-Ugli”, Vitaly Tikhonov – finalist of the international contest “Taste of the World 2016”, teacher of the "Eda" culinary school, and Nikolay Sarychev – chef of the “CulinaryOn” studio will conduct a master classes and a series of closed gastronomic sets in chef's table format with the authors’ menus.
During the breaks between tastings the guests and participants of the event will be able to get acknowledged to the variety of national products and Russian wines (presented by Vladimir Tsapelik) and will learn which products were used to create the dishes for the festival
