On 9 December Moscow will host the ‘Made in Russia’ International Export Forum organized by Russian Export Center JSC. In 2020, it will address the “challenges of the new decade.”
The Forum will be attended by the heads of the Russian and foreign companies, federal and regional executive authorities, Russian banks, regional export support centers, specialized associations and unions, business media and leading experts, which will discuss the current trends in the economy and exports of the third decade.
The Forum participants will be familiarized with new business solutions for the development of export activities, as well as the "One-Stop-Shop” information system. The site will also offer workshops on organizing export activities and searching for potential buyers abroad.
“Digitalization of Services and One-Stop-Shop Mechanism for Exporters” round table will be held at 15:00 and will address current digital trends, namely transition to digital platforms based on the one-stop-shop principle. Within the framework of the round table, the prospects and challenges of creating digital platforms operating on the one-stop-shop principle will be discussed.
The round table will feature Russian and foreign speakers, including Maksut Shadayev, Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, Anatoly Popov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Sberbank, Aleksey Mikhailik, Vice President of REC, and Olga Algayerova, Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).
“The UN is participating in the development of one-stop-shop platforms to promote foreign economic activity around the world. In Russia, the Ministry of Digital Development has accumulated extensive experience in providing public services based on the one-stop-shop principle. Sber creates similar systems allowing it to provide digital services to its clients. In turn, on November 26, REC and the Federal Customs Service, the Federal Tax Service, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and other departments, launched its own one-stop-shop information system – an ecosystem to accompany exporters throughout their foreign economic activity. Within the framework of the ‘Made in Russia’ Forum, we plan to discuss the change in digital trends, as well as the digitalization of services and its effect on the state and business,” Aleksey Mikhailik, Vice President of REC JSC.
A live stream from the round table will be available on the Forum’s official website: forum.exportcenter.ru
