On Friday, January 26, the Russian Export Center Group (REC) signed a cooperation agreement with the Russia-Indonesia Business Council.
The document sets out plans for the organizations to collaborate more closely, and to strengthen the legal framework for supporting Russian-Indonesian projects, including in third countries.
The agreement was signed by REC Executive Director Alexey Tyupanov and Chairman of the Board of the Russia-Indonesia Business Council Mikhail Kuritsyn.
The organizations agreed to conduct various business events (including events involving Russian exporters), identify potential partners, and collaborate on attracting investment in export-oriented projects, both in Russia and abroad.
In terms of its international activity, the REC Group places strong emphasis on establishing productive relations with institutions which aid the development of trade and economic ties. By strengthening cooperation between the Russian Export Center and the Business Council, we will help cement contacts between the Russian and Indonesian business communities, increase the number of Russian-Indonesian projects, and, in time, increase the range of products shipped by Russian exporters to markets in Southeast Asia
