Russian Export Center and the Ghana Export-Import Bank (GEXIM) signed a cooperation agreement at Sochi Forum

Russian Export Center and the Ghana Export-Import Bank (GEXIM) signed a bilateral cooperation agreement at the Russia-Africa Economic Forum in Sochi. The agreement was signed by Mr Nikita Gusakov, REC’s Vice President, representing Russia and by Mr Kwame Adu-Darkwa, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank, representing Ghana. 

The cooperation agreement is a new stage in the development of the relationships between the specialized financial institutions of the two countries aimed to promote the mechanisms of support of Russian export considering the growing needs of African buyers. The agreement offers opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation between the African and Russian parties in the field of international financing of the supply of Russian goods and services to Ghana.

With the partners from GEXIM Bank, we will be able to finance import and export operations and create the most favorable conditions for the supply of Russian high-tech goods to Africa and consolidation of Russian producers in promising markets
