Search for Russian goods (works, services) upon request of a foreign counterparty

This service assists foreign companies in identifying Russian suppliers capable of fulfilling export orders.

Leveraging a database of Russian businesses that have collaborate with the Russian Export Center (REC), we facilitate connections with trusted suppliers to meet the urgent needs of our international partners and clients.

As part of the service, experts of our office will do the following:

• Contact the foreign client to clarify the request details.

• Identify a pool of suitable Russian suppliers.

• Send targeted outreach to selected companies.

• Communicate with Russian exporters to confirm their interest and readiness to negotiate.

• Provide a final report listing potential suppliers, including contact details.

• Arrange and facilitate negotiations (if required).

Also, we'll offer recommendations on using REC financial and non-financial support tools for the conclusion of an export contract.

Service Terms

Cost: Free of charge.

Requirements: Submit a request via online form, provide a signed questionnaire, and include supplementary materials (if applicable).

Timeline: Supplier search takes up to 20 business days (after application review). Negotiations support may extend the timeline by an additional 30 business days.
